Register To Use The InfoNet Service
In-house counsel must register to use the InfoNet service. In using the InfoNet, you agree to the terms and conditions of the InfoNet Users Agreement.
Guidelines For Use
To submit a question, first select a subject area from the left navigation column that best suits your inquiry. In each subject area, you will see an underlined link titled, “Click Here to Post a New Inquiry Now.”
Because communications through this facility are not confidential or protected by the attorney-client privilege, it is recommended (a) that you not identify yourself or your company in your question and (b) that you present your question in a hypothetical or generic format, with enough detail for panelists to understand the issue and provide meaningful responses, but not so much information as to compromise your company’s anonymity.
If you choose to post a comment in a discussion initiated by another in-house counsel user, your comment will be posted anonymously unless you include your name or contact information in your message.
The names, contact information and credentials of panelists are provided in each subject area; and the responses will identify the author of each response. Of course, you are welcome to communicate privately with the panelists at your discretion, but such communications are not part of the InfoNet facility.
_______
We hope you will find the InfoNet a valuable resource and that you use it frequently.
Also, please note the discussion board below. We welcome any questions, comments or suggestions you may have about this unique valuable service for in-house counsel. |
